Like a lot of kratom vendors, Texas Herbs and Botanicals tries to keep their background on the down low, and to let their products speak for their brand. After an estimated 7 years on the market, this vendor has established itself as one of the best in the Lone Star State. But with a growing number of questionable reviews posted on the TH&B website and on forums online, you probably can’t help but ask: can you trust TH&B to deliver on their promise of high-quality kratom?

Texas Herbs and Botanicals – History and Background

Similar to a lot of kratom vendors on the market, Texas Herbs and Botanicals does not provide a whole lot of information about who they are and when they started. Tracing back records, however, it appears the company has been in operation as far back as 2019, which means they’ve been around for roughly 7 years.

They provide zero information about their company on their website, but names like ‘Justin Jackson’ and ‘Abbey Jackson’ show up on reviews and in forum threads that discuss the TH&B products. These people are identified as staff that handle orders online, but some reviews state that the duo also owns the operation.

Aside from that, we also don’t know exactly where they’re located. According to some records, it seems that orders from TH&B are shipped from the Dallas-Forth Worth area, but there’s no exact address provided.

Texas Herbs and Botanicals’ Kratom Line-Up

TH&B sells a very concise range of products that includes kratom powders, capsules, extracts, and sampler packs. While they try to keep a tight list in terms of product variety, they have a pretty broad range of kratom strains available to shoppers.

Kratom powders come in pouches at weights of ½ oz, 1oz, 2oz, 3oz, 4oz, 1/2kg, and 1kg. Their smallest ½ oz pouches retail for $4 each, while their kilogram bags go for $90. Some strains are available for free as a sample, which lets you get a ½ oz pouch absolutely free of charge, including shipping fees.

Kratom capsules come in slightly more limited sizes, including 1oz, 2oz, and 4oz bags, and are only available in Red, Green, and White Maeng Da varieties.

If you’re interested in something a little more concentrated, TH&B also offers enhanced kratom starting at $14 for 1oz, and up to $70 for 9oz. Their 50x red or green extract goes for $6 for 3g, and up to $56 for 1oz.

For shoppers who aren’t quite sure what strain to get, the company offers a sampler pack bundle that lets you try four different pre-determined varieties in weights of 1oz each. They have the red sampler pack, energy sampler pack, blends sampler pack, and beginner sampler pack which sell for between $25-$30 per bundle.

Interestingly, the shop also sells kratom seeds and plants which isn’t too common for an online vendor. Live plants sell for $25 for a small, $40 for a medium-sized plant, and then $70 for a large one. Seeds are sold in packets of 10, 20, and 30 seeds, and start at $15.

TH&B Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy

Their website does not provide any in-depth information about returns and refunds, so it’s not clear whether they accept unsealed, used products. All they state is that they will accept returns/refunds within a 14-day window from the day that the order is delivered. On top of that, they will not shoulder the cost of return shipping.

TH&B’s shipping policy is a little clearer, though. According to the brand, orders that are finalized on or before 12 noon Central time from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that are sent out on the next business day.

On forums like Reddit, TH&B appears to have a positive reputation. There are a handful of threads that talk about the brand’s products and customer service, with anonymous members claiming to have a positive experience with the brand and their service.

TH&B itself has quite the collection of positive feedback on their website, however several reviews posted late in 2025 up to present day indicate that buyers have had negative experiences with the company and their service in recent times. Numerous buyers state that after settling their payment, they’d have to wait several weeks to get their orders, which were often incomplete or entirely wrong.

Even more alarming, numerous reviews have indicated that products were never received at all. This is a curious development as up until this point, Texas Herbs and Botanicals has been known as one of the most reputable kratom vendors to have come out of Texas.

While the owners have not offered any explanation as to the sudden drop in customer service quality, some speculate that there may have been some serious occurrence that may have caused the owners to neglect their business and customers. Others state that it could just be poor management and a run-of-the-mill ripoff scam.

Adding fuel to the fire, the owners and staff do not respond to any efforts to reach out or to respond to customer emails and calls. The fact that they don’t share their physical address also makes it impossible to visit their headquarters to sort out any issues with paid orders.

Should You Try Texas Herbs and Botanicals?

To be fair, Texas Herbs and Botanicals has been known as one of the more reliable kratom vendors operating in Texas, but recent reviews may demonstrate that they aren’t quite as dedicated to customer service these days as they used to be.

While there are very few negative reviews about their products per se, the growing body of negative feedback concerning order fulfillment might make it a smart move to hold off on your orders for now.

Until the brand sorts out their current issues, you may want to consider other vendors. But in case Texas Herbs and Botanicals gets over the hump and restores their customer service and shipping schedules, then they might be once again worth the patronage.
