Our products come with a 45-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee applies to both opened and unopened products. You do not need a reason to return your products. All returns will receive a full refund once we have received the products back at our warehouse.
You do not have the pay for return shipping. We will supply a paid postage return label for you to. Please note that the 45 days will start when we ship the order to you. If the products you wish to get refunded are from orders older than 45 days, they will not be refundable.

Note: Please allow up to 7 business days to see the refund on your credit card statement and up to 10 business days for an ACH refund. A notice will be issued to your email as soon as the refund is processed.
For exchanges, please follow steps 1 and 2 above. When we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a store credit for the equal value of the exchanged products. Store credits are issued as a coupon code that will apply the exact dollar amount of the exchange. Store credits are valid for 24 months after issuance.
We only ship orders within the United States (where kratom is not banned – see below). We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We can also not ship to US Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Banned Cities & Counties
Orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Currently, we offer USPS Priority for free for orders over $39.99. Orders under $39.99 pay a flat fee of $7.99.
Most customers receive their orders within 3-4 days after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (PST) Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (PST) on Saturdays are shipped the same day.
We do not ship on Sundays or federal statutory holidays. Please see the list of statutory holidays here.
