The AKA GMP Standards Program was created by the American Kratom Association and requires participating vendors to have their facilities, procedures, and personnel audited by an accredited 3^rd-party GMP auditor. GMP stands for “good manufacturing practices” and is a system of processes, guidelines, and protocols for vendors and co-packers. Vendors must be recertified annually as a member of the AKA GMP Standards Program.

Kratom is federally legal in the United States; however, some states, counties, and cities have banned kratom. The states that have banned kratom are Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

The cities and counties that have banned kratom include Alton, IL, Jerseyville IL, Ontario OR, Columbus MS, Fulton MS, Mantachie MS, Pontotoc MS, Oceanside CA; San Diego, CA; Tishomingo Country, MS; Itawamba County, MS; Nettleton MS, Iuka MS, Golden MS, Dennis MS, Burnsville MS, Tremont MS, Sarasota Country FL, and Union County MS.

Please keep in mind the law is constantly changing, and the list above may not be exhaustive. Please do your due diligence before buying kratom in your area. ACH are payments made directly from your checking bank account.

Yes, we can accept Bitcoin payments. However, we do not currently accept any other cryptocurrencies.

Our website and checkout page are encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate issued through Cloudflare Inc. Authorize.net, our credit card payment gateway, securely handles credit card information and data passed from the checkout page to the bank.

In addition to having a secure SSL certificate and gateway, we employ backend and server security protocols. This includes updating the theme, database, and plugin files regularly. Additionally, we utilize both backend and server-side firewall and security tools.

Credit card refunds usually take 3-5 business days to show on your statement after our support team has issued the refund. You will get a confirmation once the refund has been processed; however, please allow up to 7 business days to see it on your statement.

The refund usually takes about five business days for ACH payments. This will depend mainly on your bank and the processing times. We will confirm as soon as we have issued the refund from our end.

For Bitcoin payments, refunds need to be confirmed on the blockchain, which usually takes 30-45 minutes after the issuance of the Bitcoin refund.
